- Tobias Harris is a Japanese politics specialist who worked for a DPJ member of the upper house of the Diet 2006-2007. He is now a Ph.D. Candidate in political science at MIT. He has been published in the Wall Street Journal Asia and the Far Eastern Economic Review, and has provided commentary for CNBC Asia, Bloomberg, BBC, and NPR.
